Cambridge Aim Higher 2025
Year 10 Aiming Higher University of Cambridge Trip
29 Year 10 students visited the University of Cambridge's Queens' College on Wednesday 2nd April as part of our Aiming Higher initiative. The team at Queens' were incredibly welcoming and, after a few nudges in the right direction by staff (!), the fantastic questions that our students asked. A special shout out to Max who had the independence of mind to ask some excellent questions. Students also visited St. Catharine's College and the Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology where they did themselves great credit by listening so intently to the curator as they got taken around a selection of the exhibits. The main message was that the University of Cambridge is for anyone who shares a love of learning and a tenacity in hard work. We hope to see a continuation of the high number of Oxbridge offers in a couple of years time.
