Y7/8 Boys Cricket 

Last week theY7/8 Boys Cricket team played great in a tournament against Carlton Bolling, Hanson and Bradford Academy. All the boys did exceptionally well and worked fantastically as a team!

Netball Tournament 

BBEC recently held a mini BDAT Netball competition for Year 8's and Year 10's at Immanuel College and BFA. All the students worked exceptionally hard and played some fantastic netball. The students showed brilliant character and kindness towards each other throughout both tournaments and represented BDAT fantastically! Well done all!

Y7 Boys Rugby 

Well done to the Y7 Boys Rugby team who competed in the Bradford Schools Rugby Fixture. In a 5 team tournament, the team won 2, lost 1 and drew 1 against some strong opposition from across the Bradford area. For some of the team's first-ever game of rugby, Mr Grieve was incredibly proud of the team's performance.

Year 7 Boys Football 

Another resilient performance from the Y7 boys football team against Carlton Bolling. They scored the game's first goal with a brilliant team goal by Oliwier W which was set up by the Man of the Match and captain, Jude H. The boys backed each other up and battled to the final whistle but unfortunately didn't go home with the win.

A great game by our Y7/8 Girls Football team with a successful win against Parkside School this week. Shout out to Delilah, Lydia, Lucy, Bella and Isla for your fantastic goals. Well done girls!!

Year 8 Boys Football 

Y8 Boys football team maintained their 100% winning record by defeating Carlton Bolling. The boys worked tirelessly throughout and played some fantastic football resulting in some brilliant team goals. The boys will end 2024 top of the league!

Year 7/8 Boys Basketball 

The Y7/8 Boys basketball team have had a busy end to the half term with a close game against Dixon Cottingley where our team lost by 1 point with the final score of 9:10. However, the team bounced back for their last game against BFA with a 20-12 win. Well done boys!

Year 10 Boys Football 

Our Y10 Boys Football team had 2 great competitive games of football last week with some new players getting their first opportunity to play for the school team. Both teams showed great character from coming behind and taking the lead. Special mention to Olly W for some amazing saves and leading by example in the net and Oliwier W for his excellent display with 4 goals scored.

The Y7/8 Girls football match against South Craven School ended in a 1-0 defeat despite a strong performance from the girls. All players showed resilience and moments of promising play.

A great game and effort from our Y9 Boys Football team against Titus Salt last week. All played really well despite not winning the match. Notable performance from Kelson H-F who was chosen as the player of the match.

Last week the Y8 Girls Netball team participated in a BDAT netball tournament at BBEC. All the girls played fantastically, winning half of their games and were brilliant school representatives.

U13 Girls Football had a great victory against Beckfoot School. They delivered an outstanding performance in extremely cold weather conditions last night. From the first whistle, the team displayed exceptional perseverance, determination, teamwork and fantastic chances throughout the game. Shout out to our goal scorers: Lydia N, Isabella S & Imogen T

Last week our Year 9 Boys Football team played some great football in their fixture against Bradford Academy. Despite the 5-2 loss, our boys put up a good attempt with two fantastic goals from Oscar S. Well done boys!
