New Build
Bradford Diocesan Academies Trust were delighted to receive DfE approval for a sixth form expansion and new build for Immanuel College in May 2023.
The new build will enable the College to provide vocational and A-level qualifications for a further 100 students taking the College to 330 sixth form students by September 2025. Around a further 30 students will join the College from September this year.
The new build, worth around £3.8 million will include state of the art teaching and learning facilities, upgraded sports facilities and a number of new environmentally friendly features including solar panels, LED lighting and a living roof, all supporting the Trust and College’s ambition to work towards Carbon Net Zero by 2030.
The College hopes to see the new build open in full in Spring 2025 ready for the final stages of growth in September that year.
